iTunes, free software available from Apple, allows you to sync Outlook 2003 and Outlook 2007 with your iPhone. Sync your contacts, calendar, notes and email by selecting options available in iTunes. Once the settings have been made, your iPhone will sync with Outlook every time you connect it to your computer.

Step 1

Connect your iPhone to your computer using the supplied cable. Open iTunes.

Step 2

Click the "Devices" heading on the left side of the iTunes window, select your iPhone and click the "Info" tab.

Step 3

Select the items you would like to sync.

Step 4

Sync contacts listed in Outlook by clicking the check box and selecting "Outlook" from the pull-down menu. Specify if you would like to sync all contacts or specific groups of contacts.

Step 5

Check the box to sync calendars and select "Outlook" from the pull-down menu. Specify which calendars you would like to sync with your iPhone. Notes and email settings can also be synced with your iPhone by clicking the corresponding check boxes.

Step 6

Click "Apply" in the lower-right corner to complete the settings.

Step 7

Close iTunes when the sync is complete and disconnect your iPhone from your computer.
