Created by Samsung, the Behold is a touchscreen cell phone that includes a full HTML browser and allows owners to easily access the Web on the go. The Behold also allows users to sync a variety of content, including Microsoft Outlook data, from their PC to their mobile phone. Whether you want to sync your MS Outlook contacts, calendar, tasks or notes, you can use Samsung's PC Studio software to manage your personal data. The software is free and can be downloaded from Samsung's official website.
Step 1
Download and install the most recent version of Samsung PC Studio, which is available in the "Downloads Center" on Samsung's official website (see the link in Resources). When installation is complete, launch the application.
Step 2
Connect your cell phone to your computer by using the USB cable.
Step 3
Click on the "PC Sync" button, which allows you to sync information from MS Outlook.
Step 4
Select the specific Microsoft application you are using, such as Microsoft Outlook or Microsoft Outlook Express. After selecting your version of Outlook, a list of synchronization options will appear on the screen.
Step 5
Check the box next to each piece of MS Outlook data you would like to sync to your Samsung Behold. You have the option to sync your MS Outlook contacts, calendar, tasks and notes.
Step 6
Click the "Sync" button to begin syncing your Outlook information to your cell phone. If you want to view a detailed list of items you are syncing to your phone, click on the "Details" button. PC Studio will notify you when the synchronization is complete.
Step 7
Click "OK" when the process is finished and safely remove your Samsung Behold from your computer.
