Verizon Broadband connections provide Internet connectivity through Verizon's Web network. It is normally configured for a single computer, though with Microsofts Windows 7 "Internet Sharing" capability, you can share the broadband connection with several computers. Setting up the connection can be accomplished through accessing the "Properties" section within the Verizon broadband application.

Step 1

Click "Start," then "Control Panel."

Step 2

Click "Network and Internet," then "Network and Sharing."

Step 3

Click "Change Adapter Settings" in the left pane of the menu.

Step 4

Right-click on the Verizon Broadband icon and click "Properties."

Step 5

Click "Sharing," then click "Allow Other Network Users to Connect Through This Computer's Internet Connection." Click "OK" and add the computers that will be sharing the Verizon Broadband connection to the local network.
