The Avaya Partner ACS office telephone system has a variety of features, including group calling, background music, call forwarding and record-a-call. Setting the date and time on the phone is a straightforward process that you can accomplish within a few minutes. It also will help you take advantage of the phone's display and timed call reports. Set the date and time from the master phone on the Partner ACS system to apply the settings to all phones connected to the system.
Set the Date
Press the "Feature" button followed by "00." Press "Left Intercom" twice, then "#101."
Enter the current date in the mmddyyyy format. For example, if the date is June 1, 2013, you would enter 06012013.
Press "Feature" to exit the programming and complete the date set.
Set the Time
Press the "Feature" button followed by "00." Press "Left Intercom" twice, then "#103."
Enter the time in 24-hour format. For example, if it is 2:30 p.m., enter 1430 on the number pad.
Press "Feature" to exit programming and complete the time set.
