Apple offers a feedback page that lets you submit a bug report if you notice that a feature on your iPhone does not work properly or if you're experiencing crashes when performing a specific task. While Apple may not reply to all received messages, it uses bug reports to find and solve problems with the iPhone hardware and its iOS operating system.

Step 1

Navigate to the Apple iPhone Feedback website (see Resources).

Step 2

Type your name, email address and a subject for the message. Select "Bug Report" from the "Feedback Type" drop-down list and type information on the bug in the "Comments" box. Select the version of iOS that your iPhone uses under "Which operating system are you running?"

Step 3

Click "Submit Feedback" to send your bug report.
