Outlook is a Microsoft email server that allows you to do more than just send and receive emails. One of the main features associated with Outlook is its calendar. You are not only able to keep up with their own calendar, but you also are able to view the calendars of co-workers that are on the same network. This allows you to schedule meetings around other meetings to which co-workers are already committed. Sometimes you might accidentally have the same meeting more than once on your calendar. You can easily remove calendar duplicates in Outlook.

Step 1

Click the "Outlook" icon on your desktop or in the "Start" menu. Outlook will open.

Step 2

Select the calendar folder under "Calendar" in which the duplicates are located.

Step 3

Click the "View" menu.

Step 4

Point to "Arrange By," then "Current View." Click "By Category."

Step 5

Click the word "Subject" at the top of the "Subject" column.

Step 6

Scroll through the list. Hold down "CTRL" as you click on each duplicate calendar item.

Step 7

Press the "Delete" key after you have selected all duplicate items. You now have removed Outlook calendar duplicates.
