You can sync all of the contacts from your iPhone to your computer.

Apple's iPhone is one of the most sought after smartphones on the market today. In addition to the standard cell phone features of calling and messaging, iPhones have the ability to connect to the Internet, play games and run a variety of applications. Using the iTunes program you may also pull information from the iPhone to your computer, such as calendar entries and contacts. You can pull all of your contacts off your iPhone by following a few steps.
Step 1
Launch the iTunes program on your computer. Click the "Info" tab and go to the "Advanced" section. Click the "Sync Contacts" option. Make certain the "Replace information on this iPhone/iPad/iPod touch" box is not checked.
Step 2
Connect the iPhone to your computer using the appropriate cable.
Step 3
Click the "Apply" button on iTunes. This action will sync your iPhone with iTunes and pull all of the contacts from the phone into the program.
