SWF is a Web multimedia format. SWF files support vector graphics; this reduces files' sizes and makes transferring them faster. If you want to watch your favorite SWF videos on your iPad, you'll need to convert them to MP4 format using a third-party video converter,then add the MP4s to iTunes and sync them to your iPad.
Step 1
Download Xstudio SWF to iPad Converter and install it on your computer (see Resources). Use this application to convert SWF files to MP4s that will play on your iPad. In addition, SWF Converter includes a settings section in which you can adjust the video and audio settings to optimize the MP4 for viewing on your iPad.
