The Motorola Razr is a slimline mobile phone that features a built-in camera. The phone's camera will let you capture special moments no matter where you are. If you wish to transfer them to another person or to your computer, you can get pictures that are saved on your Razr off the phone using a USB cable. A copy of the pictures will appear in a folder on your computer. Motorola Phone Tools is available for RAZR users to quickly transfer those images to the computer from the phone.
Step 1
Insert the Motorola Phone Tools disc in your computer's CD-ROM drive. Wait for the installation wizard to start and follow the on-screen prompts to install the program. Restart your computer when the wizard prompts you.
Step 2
Double-click the "Motorola Phone Tools" icon on the computer's desktop. Connect the RAZR to the computer using a USB cable. The program will recognize the phone when it is connected.
Step 3
Click the "File Transfer Studio" button in the left panel of the program. A panel for your computer and RAZR phone display.
Step 4
Double-click the folder you want to save the pictures to in the "My Computer" panel. Double-click the "Picture" folder in the "Mobile Phone" panel.
Step 5
Click on the picture you want to get off the phone and drag it to the "My Computer" panel. Release the picture to add it to the folder on your computer.
Step 6
Drag and release pictures until you are finished. Disconnect the RAZR from the computer.
