The iPhone is a mobile phone made by Apple. It has a multi-touch screen and two cameras for shooting pictures and videos. Pictures that you shoot are stored on the iPhone, which you can view using the "Photos" app. If you want to look at pictures from other sources--such as images you imported to your computer from a camera--you can copy photo albums from the computer to your iPhone.
Step 1
Launch iTunes, a free application from Apple that you use to set up and manage your iPhone. When you first used the iPhone, you were prompted to download and install iTunes.
Step 2
Insert one end of the USB cable into the iPhone, and insert the other end into a USB port on your computer. An icon of the iPhone will appear in the left side of the iTunes window.
Step 3
Click on the iPhone icon, and then click the "Photos" tab.
Step 4
Click the "Sync Photos" check box, and then click on the pull-down menu to select iPhoto 4.0.3 or later or Aperture if you are using a Mac, or Adobe Photoshop Elements 8.0 or later if you are using a PC. Click on a selected photo album or albums, or click "All Photos." You can also navigate to a folder of photos on your Mac or PC that you want to transfer to the iPhone.
Step 5
Click "Apply." The photo albums will transfer to your iPhone.
Step 6
Right-click on the icon of the iPhone and then click "Eject." Unplug the iPhone.
Step 7
Tap "Photos" from the home screen on your iPhone, to launch the photos app. Click on a photo album to see thumbnails of the images. Tap a thumbnail to view the photo.
