Use your Blackberry phone to pay your bills online.

Pay your Verizon home or cell phone bill online using your Blackberry. With a Blackberry phone, you can read your email or search the Web. Verizon customers can access their accounts online using any device that allows them to go online. Once logged in to your Verizon home or cell phone account, view your current bill or plan, or update your account's information. Never miss a payment again with the option of paying your phone bills online.
Home Phone
Step 1
Log in to your Verizon account at Verizon.com. Enter your user ID and password then click the "Sign In" button. If you don't have a Verizon account, create one by clicking the "Register" button. Enter your home phone number or Verizon account number along with your zip code, then complete the online registration instructions. Once signed in, you will be automatically directed to the "My Verizon" page.
Step 2
Scroll to the right side of the page and look for the "Billing Summary" box. Click the box that says "Pay My Bill."
Step 3
Click on the "Payment Amount" box and type how much you want to pay using your Blackberry's keypad. Select the "Payment Date" using the calendar provided. The default payment date is today's date.
Step 4
Press the "Payment Options" tab and select the payment account you want to use to pay your Verizon bill. If you've paid your bill online before, all accounts (checking, savings and credit cards) you've used to pay the bill are saved. Enter your checking account information (routing and account numbers) or enter a credit card number. Press the "Use this Account" button when done.
Step 5
Verify the payment information. Double-check the payment amount, account being used and payment date before hitting the "Submit" button. Only hit the "Submit" button once. Hitting it multiple times may result in multiple payments. You will be given a confirmation number verifying your payment. Make note of this number in the event there are problems with your payment.
Cell Phone
Step 1
Log in to your Verizon Wireless account at verizonwireless.com. Enter your user ID and password then click the "Sign In" button. If you don't have a Verizon Wireless account, create one by clicking the "Register" button. Enter your cell phone, hit the "Next Step" button and complete the online registration instructions. Once signed in, you will be automatically directed to the "Welcome" page.
Step 2
Press the "Pay Bill" button. You will be directed to the payment page where you can see how much you owe and when the payment is due.
Step 3
Select a payment method by clicking the bubble next to the following options: credit card, checking account, ATM, debit or credit card or a Verizon Wireless gift card. Click the "Submit" button.
Step 4
Enter your payment information. If paying by credit, debit or gift card, enter the card information. For credit and debit cards, you will also have to provide an expiration date and security code number found on the back of the card. To pay by checking account, enter your routing and checking account numbers. Press "Enter" when done.
Step 5
Review your payment amount and date and the payment method. Click "Confirm" to pay the bill. You will be given a confirmation number, acknowledging your payment was received. Write down this number and keep it on record in case there is ever a problem with the payment.
