A Plantronics Bluetooth headset is a wireless earpiece that you can connect to your Bluetooth-enabled cellular phone that allows you to talk on the phone without having to hold the device up to your head. When you first go to pair the headset with your device, you have to follow a simple procedure that tells the two devices to talk to each other. Step 1
Turn on your cell phone.

Open the Bluetooth menu on your cell phone and then select the prompt or option that offers you the ability to find or connect to a new device.

Hold the call button on your Plantronics headset until you see the indicator light on the headset flash blue and red.

Look at your cell phone and a Bluetooth headset appears in the list of discoverable devices. Select the headset device on the cell phone, then type "0000" as the pairing key code to complete the pairing procedure.
