MobileMe is a subscription service offered by Apple for synchronizing your bookmarks, calendar items, contact lists and other data across your Apple computers and mobile devices. On occasion, you may experience problems with updated MobileMe data not showing up on your iPhone. When this happens, the best thing to do is temporarily turn off MobileMe syncing to your phone, then overwrite the information.

Step 1

Turn on your iPhone and go to the "Settings" app.

Step 2

Tap on the menu labeled "Mail, Contacts, Calendars."

Step 3

Tap on the name of your MobileMe account from the list that appears.

Step 4

Move the slider to the "Off" position for each type of MobileMe data that is not syncing properly.

Step 5

Choose the "Delete from My iPhone" option after you have turned off syncing.

Step 6

Wait a few minutes, then move the slider back to the "On" position. The phone will now connect to the MobileMe servers and download the correct information to your phone, overwriting the data that was previously there.
