In addition to being a cell phone, the Samsung Alias also doubles as a camera. The Samsung Alias comes with internal memory that allows you to save your pictures; however, this memory is finite and eventually, you will run out of space. Rather than delete your photos when this happens, you can move them to a microSD card, the brand of memory card that is compatible with the Samsung Alias. Insert your microSD card into your Samsung Alias before attempting to move your pictures to the memory card.
Step 1
Open the phone in portrait mode and press the "OK" key to open the phone's main menu.
Step 2
Select "Media Center" and press the "OK" key.
Step 3
Press the "2" key to access the Picture & Video menu.
Step 4
Press the "3" key to access the My Pictures menu.
Step 5
Highlight a picture and press the "OK" key to view it.
Step 6
Press the "Options" key to open the Options menu.
Step 7
Highlight "Move" and press the "OK" key.
Step 8
Select your microSD card and press the "OK" key to move your picture from your phone to the memory card.
Tip
- You can also move your pictures from the Manage My Pics application. To access this application, press the "Options" key in the My Pictures menu with no picture highlighted. Manage My Pics allows you to move multiple pictures at once; the method of using the application is the same as moving a single picture.
