How to Make a Live Background Work on the Samsung Moment

Regardless of how attractive the default background on your mobile phone might be, after a while change is welcome. If you own a Samsung Moment, you have the option to choose from preloaded static backgrounds, images from the phone's Media gallery and a selection of live backgrounds. Live backgrounds, or live wallpapers as they're called on the Moment, are available from the "Select Wallpapers From" window that you access from your phone's home screen.

Step 1

Touch and hold an empty space on the Moment's home screen to launch the "Add to Home Screen" popup dialog box.

Step 2

Touch "Wallpapers" to open the Select Wallpapers From window.

Step 3

Touch "Live Wallpapers."

Step 4

Scroll through the list of live wallpapers available on the Moment and touch the live wallpaper you want to use.

Step 5

Touch "Set Wallpaper" to confirm your selection.
