When the iPod classic was introduced, it was simply a personal audio device. Advancement in technology by the end of the decade allowed Apple to introduce the iPod Touch. This device allows you to access a multimedia world of games and applications. While games of various levels and difficulties could be purchased from the device or from iTunes, you can also add free games to your device. Hundreds of free games are offered for easy download from iTunes and can be added to your player in just minutes.

Step 1

Launch your iTunes player on your desktop and click the "iTunes Store" tab on the left side menu of your player's home page.

Step 2

Select "App Store" on the upper menu of the "iTunes Store" page.

Step 3

Select "iPod" from the "Free Apps" menu on the right side of the page and click "See All" to view a scrollable list of available free iPod games.

Step 4

Select "Get App" by the game that you wish to add to your device and allow a few seconds for the game to download to your iTunes.
