The Dell Tablet PC is similar to a laptop computer. However, the monitor can spin and rotate up to 360 degrees. The screen can even fold down so it faces up, and it is touch-screen-based so you can select items with your fingers. However, if you want to increase the wireless signal connection on your Dell Tablet laptop PC, you can install a wireless card into the computer. With the wireless card's design, you can remove it at any time.

Step 1

Remove the cover of the PCI express slot on the side of the Dell Tablet PC.

Step 2

Slide the wireless card into the PCI express slot. Push it all the way into the PCI slot until it clicks into place. To remove the card, push it in and the card can be removed (just like a click-push pen).

Step 3

Right-click the wireless Internet icon in the lower right corner of the desktop. A pull-down menu now appears.

Step 4

Select "Enable" from the pull-down menu. The wireless Internet card is now enabled and you can begin connecting to the Internet through a Wi-Fi connection.
