How to Get Facebook Chat on a Samsung Comeback

The Samsung Comeback cell phone uses the web2go Internet browser, which you can use to connect to the Facebook mobile website. The mobile version of the website has most of the same functionality of the standard Facebook website, but is designed for use with mobile devices. Among the features available on the mobile site is the Facebook Chat instant messaging software you can use to chat with your friends.

Step 1

Open the phone in Landscape view and press the soft key under "Menu."

Step 2

Press the navigation buttons to highlight "Media." Push "OK" to select the Media menu and then select "web2go."

Step 3

Select "Enter URL" from the menu, type "m.facebook.com" and then press "OK." You are directed to the Facebook mobile website.

Step 4

Press the navigation buttons to highlight the "Email Address" field and then enter your email address. Enter your password and select the "Log In" button.

Step 5

Push the navigation buttons to highlight the icon composed of three horizontal lines and then select "Chat."

Step 6

Highlight and select the gear icon and select "Go Online."

Step 7

Select the person you want to chat with, type your message and click "Send."
