Upload or download movies to your iPod touch and take them almost anywhere. There are three ways you can download content to your device: download it through the iTunes program installed on your computer; buy and download it directly to your device using the iTunes app; or convert DVDs to an iPod-friendly format and upload them to your iPod touch using iTunes.
