The Garmin Quest is one of the smaller navigation units produced by Garmin. You can use the Quest in the car, on a bike or while hiking. One of the most unique features of the Garmin Quest is that the GPS unit features a “Where am I?” function. By using this function you can download the coordinates of your current location directly onto the Garmin Quest GPS.
Power on the Garmin Quest when you are in proximity of the desired location.
Press the “Find” button in the upper-right corner of the keypad.
Scroll to and highlight the “Where Am I?” option using the rocker key.
Press and hold the “OK” button until the device displays the coordinates of your current location.
Scroll to and highlight the “Save” option found at the lower-right corner of the screen.
Press “OK.” The coordinates and address of your current location is downloaded and saved to the My Locations list.
