The iPod touch lets you sync movies from your computer and view them on your iPod. It also allows you to delete videos from your device without the need to delete the video file on your computer. If you have movies that take up a lot of space on your iPod, you may want to delete them if you do not want to watch them anymore.

Step 1

Tap "Videos" on the screen of your iPod touch to view your movies.

Step 2

Slide your finger from right to left on the movie you want to delete and tap "Delete."

Step 3

Connect your iPod touch to your computer and open iTunes. Select your iPod under "Devices" on the left pane and select the "Videos" tab on the right pane. Deselect the movie that you deleted under "Videos" so that it does not sync to your iPod again in the future.
