The Garmin Training Center software works together with supported Garmin fitness training devices. When you sync your Garmin device with the software, it imports data on your workouts such as calories burned, heart rate, length of workout and distance traveled, if applicable. The software saves information for each activity under folders and organizes each activity by date and time. If you wish to erase your old history, you can delete entire subfolders or single items.

Step 1

Open Garmin Training Center and select the "History" tab under the program's toolbar to view your activity folders on the bottom of the left pane.

Step 2

Click the plus sign next to the folder that contains the data you want to delete to view all subfolders and items within the folder.

Step 3

Click any custom subfolders you have created if you want to delete the entire folder and its contents. Click the "X" icon on the toolbar to remove the folder. If you want to delete individual items from a folder or subfolder, click each item that you wish to delete and select the "X" icon on the toolbar to delete the item.

Warning

  • Removing the history from Garmin Training Center doesn't completely remove the history on your device. Any items will sync again to Garmin Training Center unless you manually delete them from the device.
