Facebook is a social media website that can help you connect with friends, acquaintances and business partners. There may be times when you want to communicate with a small segment of your friendship base. For example, you may have a group of friends who all belong to the same club. You can create a mailing list from within Facebook that you can use to mail every member of that group by typing the mailing list name into the address field instead of selecting all of those friends manually.
Log into your Facebook account.
Click "Friends" and then click "Edit Friends."
Click "Create a List" and then type a name for your mailing list in the "Enter a Name" box.
Type the name of the first person you want to add to the list in the search box and then click on the name to select it.
Continue adding names to the list.
Click "Create List" to create your list.
- To mail the users on your list, go to your inbox and then click "Send a New Message." Type your group name into the "To" list and then compose your email. Click "Send" to send the message.
