You can upload digital photos to your computer from not only digital cameras, but portable video game devices and even wireless phones. Once on the computer, you may want to back up the information. Placing the photos onto a CD gives you the ability to back up hundreds of images on a single disc.

Step 1

Insert the blank CD into the CD burner and launch your CD burning program.

Step 2

Select "Data CD" as the format of disc you want to create.

Step 3

Select the "Add File" option. When the search window appears, navigate to the location of your digital photographs. Click the first image you want to upload. While holding down the "Shift" key, click the last image you want to upload. This highlights all of the pictures in between. Click "OK," and the images upload to the CD burning program's display menu.

Step 4

Select "Burn" and the program writes the digital photographs onto the blank CD.
