Although MP4s are generally audio and video files, you may have songs that are MPEG-4 audio with no video. Mac users will find it easy to convert these songs using iTunes. However, PC users have no native software that can perform these conversions, so they will either need to download an audio conversion program or visit an Internet site such as Zamzar or Media Convert. These websites perform all conversions within the site itself, and require no software downloads. Users may choose to receive email alerts when conversions are complete.
