Any compatible Bluetooth earpiece can connect with your Nokia phone. Using an earpiece is a smart choice, as it frees your hands for other tasks such as driving, cooking and working on your computer. Conversations over Bluetooth are secure and not subject to eavesdropping by third parties. Your earpiece must be within 33 feet of your phone to connect with it, and you must keep the Bluetooth earpiece and phone within that range to maintain clear communications.
Step 1
Tap the “Start” key on your Nokia phone and then touch the “Settings” icon to display options for managing the phone's functionality.
Step 2
Touch “Bluetooth,” then touch the “Searching and Discoverable” field to activate it.
Step 3
Prepare the Bluetooth earpiece for pairing with the phone. The exact process will vary by model; refer to the product manual.
Step 4
Wait for your phone to find the headset. The search is automatic when the feature is enabled.
Step 5
Touch the name of the Bluetooth earpiece that appears in the list of devices on your phone.
Step 6
Enter the passcode for the headset if prompted. Refer to your headset's manual for the passcode; "0000" is a common default passcode for many Bluetooth devices.
Step 7
Touch “Done.” Pairing is now complete and the Bluetooth headphone is ready for use.
