Verizon offers high speed Internet service to its users in addition to wireless phone access and digital cable television. One of the amenities included for Verizon Internet users is a personal @Verizon.net email address. Verizon customers can create multiple email addresses under their Verizon account, then access their email accounts from any computer with an active Internet connection. Once an email address is established, checking it for incoming messages is a simple process.
Enter the following web address into your internet browser: http://webmail.Verizon.com/signin and wait for the web page to fully load.
Locate the user name and password login section. Type in your Verizon online username, which is your Verizon email address such as "yourname@Verizon.net.
Enter in your Verizon email password in the "Password" box. You can click on "Forgot Password" under "Sign In" to have your password reset.
Click "Sign In" to load your Verizon email main page. You can use the "My Accounts" tab at the top of your main email page to change account settings, view your Verizon email addresses or change/create Verizon email addresses.
- Remember to log out of your email account when finished, especially on public computers like those in Internet cafes and libraries.
- Do not check off the "Keep me signed in" or "Remember me" option above the "Sign In" button if using a public computer.
