The SanDisk Sansa View MP3 player features tools your business needs to store and share music, video and audiobooks. The Sansa View also comes with a built-in microphone so you can take notes during presentations and meetings. The device includes an internal rechargeable battery that provides up to seven hours of video playback or 35 hours of audio playback. The on-screen battery level indicator shows you how much power remains in the battery before you need to charge it. When the icon turns white and red, the battery is nearly empty and you should charge it as soon as possible.

Step 1

Connect the small end of the included USB cable to a USB port on your computer.

Step 2

Connect the large end of the USB cable to the dock connector port on the bottom of the Sansa View MP3 player.

Step 3

Power on the computer to start the charging process. When charging, a flashing yellow charging indicator appears on the Sansa View's screen.

Step 4

Disconnect the Sansa View from the computer when the charging indicator stops flashing.

Tip

  • If you have the SanDisk car adapter or AC adapter, you can charge the Sansa View from your vehicle's cigarette lighter receptacle or an electrical outlet.

Warning

  • You cannot use the Sansa View while it is charging.
