Dogpile is a popular Internet search engine. More precisely categorized as a metasearch engine, the site does not crawl web pages and maintain its own index. Rather, Dogpile brings together results from Google, Yahoo!, Bing and other search engines, displaying a comprehensive set of results after removing duplicate entries. Similarly, the business listings offered on Dogpile are not maintained by the company; they are delivered by superpages.com. As a result, listing your business on Dogpile requires registering it with the superpages directory.

Step 1

Log on to superpages.com. Click the "Add or Edit a Business" link, located near the bottom-center of the home page.

Step 2

Enter your business phone number in the corresponding field and press the "Search" button. If your business is already listed in their directory, you can skip the remaining steps. If your business is not included in the directory, you will be automatically redirected to the "Add Listing Information" page.

Step 3

Provide your business name, phone number, email address, website URL, address, and at least one category within which your business falls. Press "Continue."

Step 4

Select the products and services offered by your business from the provided list of available keywords. In addition, provide your hours of operation, the types of payment you accept, any additional details about your company, and one or more pictures. If you have a coupon, enter the required information. Click "Continue" after supplying all required information.

Step 5

Click the "No thanks" button to decline the offered paid listing enhancements.

Step 6

Sign in to your superpages.com account if you have one. If you do not, enter your email address, select a password, check the "No, I am a new user" option, and then click "Sign in." Provide the required information on the following page and then click "Continue" to complete the registration process.

Step 7

Accept the directory's usage agreement by checking the "I accept" box at the bottom of the following page. Submit your listing by clicking the "Complete my order" button. Once approved by superpages.com, your listing will appear in the Dogpile business search results.
